Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

Imago Dei Insurance Advisors (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit imagodeinsuranceadvisors.com, contact us, or begin an application through our site.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, state, number of employees, and any message you send when you use our contact form, request our guide, schedule a consultation, or begin an application.

Application information: When you request a personalized quote or apply for coverage, we collect information through our application service providers. Depending on the request, this may include business information such as an EIN, dates of birth, dependent information, health and medical history, and Social Security numbers when requested. We use this information to obtain quotes and assist with applications and enrollment.

Technical information: like most websites, our servers and service providers may receive your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. We use IP addresses for security, spam prevention, and rate limiting.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to your questions, send requested materials, schedule consultations, evaluate eligibility, provide quotes and enrollment assistance, operate and secure the website, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use health or application answers for advertising.

Who we share information with

We share information with service providers that help us operate our business, including website hosting, forms, scheduling, email delivery, spam protection, customer relationship management, document generation, data storage, and application platforms. These providers process information on our behalf for the services they provide.

We also share information with insurance carriers, plan administrators, and underwriters as needed to obtain quotes, process applications, assist with enrollment, or service coverage. These organizations may process information under their own privacy notices and applicable legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The website may load Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect forms from spam. Our embedded application is provided by our application service provider and may use its own cookies and security tools, such as CAPTCHA, under that provider’s practices. The website currently does not load analytics services, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools, and it does not configure non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. Landing page code emits limited event names and a static page identifier to a browser-side data layer, but no analytics or advertising service is configured to receive those events.

The website does not currently use a consent manager or recognize Global Privacy Control signals. Landing page event payloads contain only event names and a static page identifier; no health or medical information, Social Security numbers, or application answers are included in those events or in URLs generated by this website. If optional analytics or advertising tools are added, we will review and implement any required consent and opt-out controls before using them.

Example rates and applications

Example rates shown on our landing pages are illustrations, not personalized quotes. Selecting a household option does not submit a quote request or application.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements, or to resolve disputes.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to receive a copy of it, to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information, and to appeal a decision about your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first. Some information is subject to insurance and other laws that require us to keep it.

If we deny your privacy request and you have a right to appeal under applicable law, you may appeal by emailing info@imagodeinsurance.com with the subject line ‘Privacy Request Appeal.’

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.

Children’s privacy

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Parents or guardians may provide information about their dependent children when requesting family coverage.

Third-party sites

Our pages may link to third-party sites, such as the Cigna provider directory, scheduling tools, and application platforms. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy shows when it was last revised.
