This is one of my beta test companies for our new solution.

They came in fully insured through BCBS TX.

⛔ Looking for help after a 17% increase.

Brought their EO cost to $598

We ran them through multiple level-funded options.

Rates either came back too high

or

They couldn't afford the contribution minimums.

We found a couple of options, but they fell through right at the finish line when Cigna adjusted its policies to reflect a 10-employee minimum for their network.

Back to the drawing board.

We were able to get them on our flex benefits solution.

✅ We kept the employer contribution flat (looking to lower next year due to budget constraints)

✅ And this still allowed them to bring on a great solution that uses a 3-tiered system with health advocacy, with the ability for $0 out-of-pocket costs to employees.
